Your current fitness level is your starting point. Basic Training style refers to the training program, not the way you will be treated. Rest assured that you will not be harassed or embarrassed. Just pushed to reach your full fitness potential.

"I have done several bootcamps with Jason. Jason's classes were always challenging but were also fun. Everyday he would change up the routine and places so it was interesting, not boring. I was never a runner(long distance) and never liked it (still don't!), but Jason was always there giving me the moral support (and push) to keep me going. My first day, we ran a mile and I got through about 1/4 of it and thought this is it. But with Jason's help I made it through the mile and eventually I was running about 3 miles (slower than the rest of the group) but accomplishing it. What a great feeling that was! I always enjoy a work out with Jason!"
