Jason C. Stanford, B.S., CPT, PES

 
Jason is a unique Performance Enhancement Specialist who focuses on speed and movement training to enhance all areas of an athlete’s performance. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Movement and Sports Science and understands that movement is the core element in all sports and uses his knowledge to provide a safe and effective training environment. He provides an elite training style which combines optimal movement, speed, strength, power, balance, functional flexibility, core stability, explosion and recovery to enhance athletic performance.


Our Mission

At Infinite Sports Performance we want the athlete to understand the importance of training hard and that it's not how hard you train but how smart you train. Developing speed in athletes is what we pride ourselves in, however it takes someone who understands the body and the way it moves to produce an athelete who not only moves faster but understands why and how it is done.

Many athletes create a threshold for themselves when they have the mentality that they are "on top of their game" and are achieving to their full potential. Unfortunately, today too many athletes have this mind set, which limits their ability to acheive new heights. Infinite Sports Performance prides itself on helping atheletes realize they can achieve beyond the limits they set for themselves and bring them to a place they could not acheieve alone. Our mission is simple, develop an athlete to suceed and raise the standard they are accustomed to.

Our Goal

As an athlete myself I faced many challenges in becoming the best. One challenge I often faced was achieving my maximum performance level. I soon realized I was limited  by my abilities and could only go as hard and as far as I pushed myself. However, I was lucky enough to have great leaders on my side who helped me to exceed the limits I set for myself. I learned a valuable lesson over the years that through a strict training regiment, any athlete is able to achieve mastery athletic performance. It is my goal to assist these athletes in not only accomplishing this but also chaning their idea of being the best.

With my passion for sports and my knowledge in the field of sports and medicine I will help you set goals and reach them. I won't just show you how to do an exercise; I will educate you in the areas of strength training, cardiovascular endurance, and proper nutrition.
